Cancellation Policy

| 30 to 59 days | 30 percent of the total |
| 15 to 29 days | 50 percent of the total |
| Fewer than 15 days, or no show | 100 percent of the total |
We would always rather move your dates than lose your trip. If something has gone wrong and you tell us early, talk to us before cancelling. Where camps and permits allow it, we will try to transfer your booking rather than apply these terms.
This is also the clearest reason to hold travel insurance. A policy that covers cancellation will usually cover you for the circumstances that force one.
If we cancel
If we cancel your safari for any reason within our control, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid. If a safari becomes impossible through circumstances outside anyone's control, we will refund everything we are able to recover from camps, parks and suppliers, and we will show you what was and was not recoverable.
